I happened across this item on eBay. 

I didn’t recall ever hearing about this before so I checked and John had this to say on his forum in 2005 when asked what his most unusual job was.

I did a drawing on a silicone breast implant a few years back, for a charity auction to raise money for Breast Cancer Research – but that was not something I got paid for.
